A throttle body is simply a blade that is controlled by the gas pedal. As you press down the gas, the blade slowly opens; once you reach WOT (Wide Open Throttle), the blade is opened as far as it can go. A stock GT has a 65mm throttle body and a stock Cobra has twin 62mm throttle bodies. A throttle body alone cannot gain more than 1-2 rwhp unless you have forced induction or an after market intake manifold intake simply cannot make use of the extra size.
